This course is for the person who wants to learn up to 100% self-sufficiency. Focusing on gardening skills, garden planning and garden management to meet all vegetable, fruit and starch needs. In one course learn how to plan and design a garden to meet your needs, learn how little or how big a job a self-sufficiency project needs to be, learn how to harvest, process, store and propagate your own crops, and learn the crucial elements to being a successful gardener.

Earthworks is the foundational first step of any long term project and unfortunately often a non-regenerative plague that haunts modern human civilisation. Moving earth is something humans have done since the very dawn of human life, shaping water courses, enhancing opportunities or leading to ruin. In this course we will learn how we can harmonise land shapes to natural water flows so that human settlements can be actively regenerative. Roads, house pads, dams, swales; designing earthworks to sustain regenerative human settlements.

Zaytuna Farm is covered in 28 Dams, a lotus padi, one fresh water canal, 3 natural swimming pools and a creek that borders its property. It is the ultimate educational site for small scale aquaculture. The practical components of the course will cover farm scale aquaculture, but we will also dive into the theory of home scale aquaculture and show examples across the farm. This course will cover the essentials for plant and animal based aquacultures and farm and urban scales.

A global tradition of food growing lost and forgotten amongst most cultures, but traditionally practiced by almost everyone. Learn the most sustainable , most productive and least work demanding food system (on land) there is. This course will detail a large range of techniques and styles of food forestry practiced around the world traditionally and modernly, connecting cultures, plants, the old, and the new.

In the Permaculture apprenticeship program we expect you to commit to an average of 40 hours of work per week to 20 Hours, Could be this in side class room or outside as we doing hand on work. Hours may vary due to the nature of work, ongoing project or other circumstances. Extra working hours are compensated. There is also dedicated time to rest and to recharge.

In the Permaculture-In-Action internship program we expect you to commit to an average of 40 hours of work per week, from Monday to Thursday, which consists of 27 hours of self-managed work on the farm, and 13 hours of theoretical training. Hours may vary due to the nature of work, ongoing project or other circumstances. Extra working hours are compensated. There is also dedicated time to rest and to recharge.

In the Permaculture-In-Action internship program we expect you to commit to an average of 40 hours of work per week, from Monday to Thursday, which consists of 27 hours of self-managed work on the farm, and 13 hours of theoretical training.
