TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all Zaytuna Farm services made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a course/event booking, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy policy). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.
1. Goods & Services
1.1 Advertised Prices
Every effort is made to keep prices on this website correct, however errors, omissions and price increases do occur and you will be invoiced at the rate indicated by our stock control computer at time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any booking for whatever reason, at our discretion.
1.2 Definition of Adult & Children
Where Adult and Child prices are stipulated separately; an Adult ticket is for a person who does not meet the requirements for purchasing a child ticket. A Child ticket is for anyone 4 – 16 years of age. Children under the age of 4 are free.
1.3 GST (Australian Tax)
All prices advertised for courses and events held at Zaytuna farm include GST tax.
1.4 Payment
Payment is by Credit card or Debit card through Paypal via our online store. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer, please follow the instructions at checkout. Should you need any assistance with making a payment please contact us: education@zaytunafarm.com or call +61 (0) 475 123 373
1.5 Receipts
As soon as your transaction has taken place you will receive a receipt by email from PayPal with your order and transaction details. Zaytuna Farm will also provide emails to update you on your payment status. Once your payment has cleared you will receive a copy of your tickets. If you encounter any problems receiving emails from Zaytuna Farm and or require an invoice, please contact us.
1.6 Refunds Policy
Sometimes circumstances change and you may be unable to attend a course you have paid for. If so, there are a few options available;
a) If you notify us at least 14 days prior to the course commencement, deposits are not refundable at booking, OR you can apply the full amount as credit towards a future course.
b) If you notify us less than 14 days prior to the course commencement Zaytuna Farm cannot provide a refund OR you can send someone else in your place.
Zaytuna Farm reserves the right to cancel or discontinue advertised courses and events, if there are an insufficient number of attendees/low attendance or due to unforeseen circumstances. If Zaytuna Farm are unable to proceed with the advertised offer, you will immediately receive a full refund.
All other refunds can take between 7-30 days to process.
Please strongly note, that travel to and from Zaytuna Farm is the attendee’s responsibility. You are encouraged to liase with Zaytuna Farm about numbers of attendees and the potential of course cancellation prior to booking travel. Zaytuna Farm is not responsible for any loss or travel reimbursement, should the course be discontinued.
2. Privacy and Security
2.1 Security
We take your security very seriously. Orders from this site are via an approved secure server provided by PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. Your personal details are only used in relation to facilitating your order. They will not be stored by us and will not be sold or transferred to a third party.
2.2 Collection of Personal Information
When you engage in certain activities on this site, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, you may be required to provide personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and other personal identifying information.
When you submit personal information, you understand and agree that Zaytuna Farm may transfer, store, and process your information in any of the countries in which Zaytuna Farm maintain offices, including without limitation, the United States and Australia.
Zaytuna Farm collects this information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. Zaytuna Farm also uses information that you provide as part of our effort to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other Zaytuna Farm products and services. Zaytuna Farm will never sell or share your information with other companies.
2.3 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including copyright and trademark in the website is the property of Zaytuna Farm. You may download and/or print such forms or user guides that are provided for your use unless otherwise stated.
3. Conduct
When making payment for a course/event, or when accepting a placement onto the Zaytuna Farm Volunteer/Apprenticeship Programme you agree to be bound by the terms of the Zaytuna Farm Etiquette and Memorandum of Understanding. Failure to abide by these terms will result in you being asked to leave the farm. Zaytuna Farm will not be held liable for any loses incurred as a result of mis-conduct.
